Bengals preseason kicks off

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) – Cincinnati is ready for some football! The Bengals face-off against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in a 7:30 p.m. home game Friday at Paul Brown Stadium. We'll see some new faces and several starters during the per-season games leading up to the big home opener on Sept. 10. Tonight will be the first preview of the team's outlook this season. Head Coach Marvin Lewis says the roster this year is stronger than last. And, unlike last year, no players are injured at this point. Lewis said he hopes all players make it to the regular season opener healthy. The team's 50th season will bring several new food options. All entrances also are now equipped with metal detectors.
